If your sinus symptoms are not getting better with at-home treatments, and if your sinus symptoms last longer than seven to 10 days, you should see a doctor for treatment. Both illnesses can cause a fever, headaches, nasal congestion, fatigue or a sore throat. Some sinus infection and COVID-19 symptoms may overlap.
